HOW TO PREPARE YOUR LAUNDRY FOR COLLECTION
1. Laundry must be supplied to us in a sealed plastic/ rubbish bag or a sealed washable laundry bag. We will not accept laundry as below;
That is in one of our re-usable Pressing Room Bags or similar as they can’t be washed at a high heat.
Laundry that isn’t in a bag at all.
2. On a piece of paper include the below information;
Your Name
The service you want i.e. Wash Dry Fold / Wash & Press
Please include the number of items, i.e. 2 sheets, 4 pillowcases.
Any other information, i.e. starch.
Please note, we will not accept any iron only services or dry cleaning during level 4.
Laundry will be washed above 60 degrees. Please ensure items being sent in are suitable to be washed at this temperature, we will not take any responsibility for damage of items that aren’t suitable to be processed at this temperature.
PICKUP & DELIVERY PROCESS.
Laundry will be collected anytime between 8am-3pm. Please ensure that your laundry is outside from 8am. If you have nowhere safe to leave your laundry, please let us know and we can make-arrangements.
Our driver will collect your laundry from the pickup point specified at time of booking, there will be no face-to-face contact and social distancing measures will be followed.
Laundry will be returned on either Monday or Thursday
when you receive your laundry we recommend;
· Handling the delivery with gloves if you have some available.
· Removing the laundry from the plastic bag and disposing responsibly of the plastic bag as soon as possible. We will not be reusing plastic bags.
collection times & days
Bookings received between 12am Thursday to 11.59pm Sunday will be collected on Monday and returned on Thursday.
Bookings received between 12am Sunday & 11.59pm Wednesday will be collected on Thursday and returned on Monday.
billing
Our pickup & delivery price list can be found here. Bookings under $40 incl gst will be charged $7.00 for pickup & delivery. You will be sent an invoice after processing, laundry won’t be returned until payment is made.
