COVID 19 UPDATE ON OUR SERVICES
Auckland is currently in level three, here are our services;
We will be offering contactless pickup & delivery services Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
We will offer in store collections and deliveries between 9am-2pm Monday to Friday. As we don’t have paywave you will be required to make payment online prior to collecting your laundry.
Please make sure you read all info on this page prior to booking.
If you or any of your household have knowingly been exposed or diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 28 days we will not be able to accept your laundry. Please play ball- keep our team and your team safe by staying at home.
Pickup & delivery
1. If you haven’t used our services before, its simple;
Add the items you are sending us to your cart by clicking the launder button.
Once you have added all laundry & dry cleaning items to your cart click checkout.
You will be taken to the checkout page, here you add in your delivery/ pickup details. If you have any special instructions you can add this to the address field.
Once you have completed checkout your job will be in our system and the driver will collect your laundry on the next collection day.
2. Collection & delivery days- please make sure you have read the delivery/ collection days in the top section of this page.
City & Surrounding suburbs- Mon, Tue, Thu & Sat
North Shore- Tue & Thu
West Auckland- Monday, & Thu
South Auckland- Saturday
Bookings need to be received before 9am during L3
4. Our pickup & delivery price list can be found here. Bookings under $35 incl gst will be charged $7.00 for pickup & delivery.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR LAUNDRY FOR COLLECTION
1. Laundry must be supplied to us in a bag. We will not accept laundry that is not in a bag.
2. On a piece of paper include the below information;
Your Name
If you are sending laundry & dry cleaning seperate items and label the bags accordingly
Any other information, i.e. starch, spot treat stain on left side of bedspread.
If you wish, print out your order confirmation and attach it to the bag.
Please note, we will not accept any iron only services online, please bring these in store.
PICKUP & DELIVERY PROCESS.
Laundry will be collected anytime between 8am-5pm, for further info on delivery times you can call us 09 358 1627. Please ensure that your laundry is outside from 8am. If you have nowhere safe to leave your laundry, please let us know and we can make-arrangements.
Our driver will collect your laundry from the pickup point specified at time of booking, there will be no face-to-face contact and social distancing measures will be followed.
3. Laundry will be returned in 2-3 days depending on service area South p/d is once per week, drycleaning for clothing will be returned in 3-4 days and furnishings that require dry cleaning 5 days. (refer to “To Place a Booking Section”) when you receive your laundry we recommend;
In Store
Don’t want to book online, you can pop into our Mount Eden facility and drop your laundry off. We are open from 9-2pm Monday - Friday during L3
You will find us at 1/29 Enfield St, Mount Eden. If you can’t find a carpark on the road feel free to park in our driveway or the 5 minute loading zone out the front of our store.
FOR YOUR REASSURANCE
During processing we will be following all regulations in relation to Covid-19, and we have been following, strict social distancing measures at work and in our personal lives. The team will be sanitising frequently.
We will be cleaning laundry at high temperatures (over 60 degrees) with an approved detergent.
